Job description

JCT Solutions is seeking a well-rounded technical professional with a strong foundation in software development, IT support, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern programming languages, RESTful APIs, and database management, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and security best practices. This role also requires familiarity with help desk operations, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to document solutions clearly are essential. Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services development
• Knowledge of database management and optimization
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Expertise in automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements

Support Skills:

• Experience in technical support and help desk operations
• Ability to troubleshoot software and system issues
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts

Technical Skills:

• Strong client communication and consultation abilities
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
• Ability to document technical solutions and maintain knowledge bases
